
The Management Study Program of Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Ancol Campus held an industrial visit to PT CS2 Pola Sehat, a subsidiary of OT (Orang Tua) Group, located in Ciadeg, Cigombong District, Bogor Regency, West Java. The activity, which took place on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 09.00–12.00 WIB, carried the theme “Industrial Visit: Understanding Business Operations and Organizational Strategy at PT CS2 Pola Sehat.” This visit was attended by 54 Management Study Program students, with the support of 4 committee students and 1 accompanying lecturer.

This activity is part of the UBM Management Study Program’s efforts to provide learning that not only focuses on theory in the classroom, but also provides direct experience in the industrial world. Through a visit to PT CS2 Pola Sehat, students have the opportunity to understand how the company runs business operations, manages organizational strategies, and maintains work effectiveness in facing industrial dynamics and competition. The series of events began with the departure of participants from UBM to the company location, followed by registration, opening, and remarks from the Excellent Community of Management Advisor. The main agenda of the activity was filled with presentations by representatives of PT CS2 Pola Sehat regarding business processes, organizational strategies, and an overview of the company’s operations. This session was then continued with an interactive question and answer session, the presentation of tokens of appreciation, a group photo, and a company tour to provide a real picture of the company’s environment and activities.

Through these industrial visits, students are expected to broaden their horizons, connect management concepts with real-world practice, and improve their preparedness for the professional world. The UBM Management Study Program is committed to continuously providing academic activities that are applicable, relevant, and industry-oriented, enabling students to gain a more comprehensive understanding of business operations and organizational strategies in the real world.
