Jakarta, May 27, 2026 – The Islamic Spiritual Activity Unit (IKAMI) of Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Ancol Campus and Serpong Campus held the Eid al-Adha 1447 H Celebration with the theme “Realizing Virtue: Welcoming Eid al-Adha with Sharing & Sacrifice” . This activity is a manifestation of the implementation of Islamic values through the implementation of the qurban worship while strengthening the spirit of social care in the campus environment and the surrounding community. This celebration is also a momentum to emulate piety, sincerity, and sacrifice as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim AS and Prophet Ismail AS.

The series of activities began with the slaughter of sacrificial animals, carried out in accordance with Islamic law, followed by the packaging and distribution of the sacrificial meat to those in need around campus. The Head of the Committee, Andhika Chaerul Ilham, stated that Eid al-Adha is not just a sacrificial ritual, but also a means for students to develop empathy, a spirit of sharing, and concern for others. He stated that this activity is expected to strengthen Islamic brotherhood and provide tangible benefits to the community.

Through a collaboration between IKAMI UBM Ancol Campus and Serpong Campus, this activity reflects the organization’s commitment to presenting Islamic programs that have a positive impact on the surrounding environment. IKAMI UBM hopes that the spirit of sharing, mutual cooperation, and social care reflected in the Eid al-Adha Celebration 1447 H can continue to be part of the character of Bunda Mulia University students, while strengthening the harmonious relationship between the campus and the community through sustainable contributions.
