
Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Ancol Campus carried out Community Service (PkM) activities aimed at Tunas Dharma Karawang High School students through the Campus Tour Onsite and Trial Class program with the theme “Update Global Market Trend and Latest Market Outlook” . The activity, which took place on Friday, June 12, 2026, at 10:00–11:00 WIB, was attended by 38 students and is part of Bunda Mulia University’s commitment to supporting the improvement of global economic literacy and preparing the younger generation to face future challenges.
This Community Service activity aims to provide students with insight into global economic and market developments, while introducing the university environment and various opportunities for self-development through higher education. The activity began with an Onsite Campus Tour , where participants had the opportunity to visit various facilities owned by Bunda Mulia University Ancol Campus. Next, the students took part in a Trial Class session that provided a learning experience like lectures at a university. This activity was guided by the Marketing team of Bunda Mulia University Ancol Campus by presenting Dr. Hendri Setiadi, SE, MM , a lecturer at Bunda Mulia University, served as the main resource person. He was accompanied by Claire (12250029) , an active Management student, who helped ensure the event ran smoothly and accompanied participants throughout the event.

In the presentation session, Dr. Hendri Setiadi, SE, MM delivered the topic “Update Global Market Trend and Latest Market Outlook” which refers to the field of International Financial Management. The material presented covered the latest developments in the global economy, the dynamics of international financial markets, the influence of inflation and interest rates on the world economy, changes in currency exchange rates, and various business and investment trends developing in the digital era. In addition, participants also gained an understanding of the importance of adaptability, critical thinking, and readiness to face changes in the increasingly dynamic global business environment. The material was delivered interactively so that students could actively participate in discussions, answer questions, and express their views on global economic issues.

The enthusiasm of the participants was evident from the high level of participation throughout the session, especially during the question and answer session regarding international economic conditions and future business prospects. This Community Service activity went smoothly and received a very good response from the participants. Through this activity, it is hoped that SMA Tunas Dharma Karawang students will gain broader insights into global economic developments, get to know the world of college more closely, and be increasingly motivated to continue their education to a higher level. The implementation of this activity is one of the concrete forms of Bunda Mulia University’s commitment to implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially in the field of Community Service, through active contributions in increasing knowledge, literacy, and the readiness of Indonesia’s young generation to face global challenges in the future.
