Tangerang, May 18, 2026 – The iCare Student Activity Unit of Serpong Campus University has successfully held the Healthy Weeks 2 activity, starting from the first week to the third week with the theme ” Prevention 101″ which was held on Wednesday, April 23, 2026 to Monday, May 19, 2026. This Healthy Weeks 2 activity aims to increase awareness of Bunda Mulia University students regarding prevention, especially on the prevention of diseases that often occur in humans. Healthy Weeks 2 began in the first week by holding a Blood Donation activity with the theme ” Prevention 101: Be A Donor, Be A Hero” which was held on Wednesday, April 23, 2026 in R303 and R304, 3rd Floor Alfa Tower UBM Serpong Campus. This Blood Donation was attended by students of Bunda Mulia University Serpong Campus, all UBM employees and Alfa employees.

Furthermore, in the second week, iCare Universitas Bunda Mulia Serpong Campus held a hybrid seminar with the theme ” Prevention 101: Understanding GERD & Gastritis Better” . This activity was held on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at the Lecture Hall, 5th Floor Alfa Tower UBM Serpong Campus and via Zoom Meeting. The series of events began with registration, then continued with the opening by the MC and filling in attendance 1. The participants were also asked to sing the Indonesian national anthem, Mars UBM, and also Mars iCare, then the participants would also listen to remarks from the chairman of iCare and the chairman of the event. After that, the MC would lighten the atmosphere by inviting the participants to play ice breaking . Until finally arriving at the long-awaited part, namely the presentation of material by Dr. Eva Sian Li, Sp.PD as an Internal Medicine Specialist from St. Carolus Hospital Summarecon Serpong. In this seminar, Dr. Eva introduced Gerd and Gastritis to the participants, the material presented related to the differences between the 2 terms, how to prevent, and how to treat the disease. After the presentation, the MC invited all participants to take a group photo and presented a Token of Appreciation to Dr. Eva as a token of appreciation from Bunda Mulia University. This was followed by an equally exciting session, where participants were invited to play the “Myth or Fact” game , where participants had to choose which statements were considered myths from three given statements. The hybrid seminar had reached its end, and participants were asked to take their second attendance and a closing session led by the MC.


The Healthy Weeks 2 series continued with a Workshop themed “ Prevention 101: Smart Dessert Lab” which was held on Saturday, May 9 , 2026 at UBM Resto, 10th Floor of UBM Tower. This workshop raised material related to Sugar Spike in humans and making yogurt parfait as a healthy snack that is low in sugar content. The workshop began with participants registering in front of UBM Rest, then participants were invited to enter the room. The event began with an opening by the MC and did 1. The participants were invited to stand up while singing the Indonesian national anthem, Mars UBM, and Mars iCare. Next, the participants listened to remarks from the iCare supervisor and also the event chair. To break the ice, the MC invited the participants to do ice breaking.

The event then continued with listening to the presentation of material by Melliana Eka, S.Tr.Gz. who provided knowledge related to sugar and its effects on human health. After the presentation session, the participants were given the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers related to the material that had been given. Then, the series of events continued with the long-awaited session, namely the Workshop session, in this session the speaker provided a way to make yogurt parfait while explaining the benefits of this yogurt parfait for the body. After the Workshop session was over, the speakers were given a Token of Appreciation as a thank you from UBM and continued with doing documentation together. At the end of the event, the participants were asked to fill in attendance 2 and the closing was done by the MC.

At the end of the Healthy Weeks 2 series of activities, iCare collaborated with St. Carolus Hospital Summarecon Serpong to open a booth for providing influenza vaccines and Vitamin C and B injections. This booth was open to students, employees and staff of Bunda Mulia University, and Alfa employees . The implementation of this vaccine and injection was carried out on Monday, May 18, 2026 in the Biemers 3 room, 10th floor of UBM Tower Serpong Campus. This activity started at 08.30-14.00 WIB. This collaboration succeeded in attracting the attention of employees and staff of Bunda Mulia University and Alfa employees, where as many as 14 people had registered to receive the vaccine and vitamin injection. In addition, there were several people who registered directly at the implementation location.
