The Ancol Campus Management Study Program Student Association, Excellent Community of Management (XCM) Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus, has held a Tentier Program as part of the XCM Routine Work Program in order to prepare students for the Final Semester Exam (UAS) for the 2025/2026 Academic Year. This program was implemented to provide an opportunity for students who need in-depth material before facing the final semester exam.
This activity is also a form of XCM’s response to the high need for students to review lecture materials that are still not fully understood during the lecture process. The Tentier Program is implemented onsite, adapting to the current face-to-face lecture system. Through this activity, students are given space to deepen their mastery of the material, discuss topics that are still not understood, and re-clarify the lecture material that will be tested on the UAS.
This program aims to help students improve their academic understanding, prepare themselves more focused, and achieve the best results in the Final Semester Exam. The Tentier program was held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, with three courses proposed, namely Macroeconomics, Corporate Budgeting, and Microeconomics. The Corporate Budgeting course was held from 7:30 to 11:10 WIB in Classroom R.705 with a duration of 200 minutes or equivalent to 4 credits. The Macroeconomics course was held from 1:30 to 17:10 WIB in Classroom R.704. Meanwhile, the Microeconomics course was held in Classroom R.706 with a schedule that adjusted to the implementation of activities that had been determined by the committee. Based on the results of the questionnaire data, the Tentier Program participants consisted of 2nd and 4th semester students of the Management Study Program, UBM Ancol Campus. In semester 2, the Microeconomics course was attended by 32 participants. In semester 4, the Macroeconomics course was attended by 19 participants, while the Corporate Budgeting course was attended by 20 participants. Thus, this activity shows the need for students for academic mentoring activities that can help them understand the material in more depth before the UAS implementation. The instructors in this Tentier Program consist of students who have been appointed to assist the material in-depth process. The Corporate Budgeting course is taught by Livia Evangelina Florencia with NIM 12230242. The Macroeconomics course is taught by Chyntia Margareta with NIM 12230255. The Microeconomics course is taught by Sierryn Christabelle Panca with NIM 12240172. The presence of these instructors is expected to help participants understand the material with an approach closer to the students’ learning needs.
Through the Tentier Program for the UAS Period of the Even Semester of the Academic Year 2025/2026, students of the Management Study Program at Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus are expected to be better prepared to face the Final Semester Exam. This activity also demonstrates XCM’s commitment to supporting students’ academic process through work programs that are relevant, useful, and in accordance with lecture needs.
