Jakarta, May 23, 2026 – The Buddhist Student Family (KMB) of Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Ancol Campus has carried out a Social Service and Fang Sheng activity with the theme “Letting Go with Love, Giving with Heart” as a concrete manifestation of love and compassion for fellow living beings. This activity was attended by active members of the 2025-2026 Buddhist Student Association, by dividing two series of events, the first being held at the Melania Pademangan Werdha Panti and the second in the open space at Bunda Mulia University Ancol Campus. The theme emphasized the importance of letting go with love and giving with a sincere heart to others.

The first activity began with a social service visit to the Melania Pademangan Nursing Home, which focuses on caring for non-independent Grandparents who need assistance from healthcare workers in their daily activities. On this occasion, KMB Dhammamitta also donated milk, diapers, and basic necessities to help meet the needs of the residents of the home. A warm and togetherness atmosphere was created through various activities such as singing together, drawing, chatting with Grandparents, and a simple celebration using a birthday cake as a symbol of happiness and attention to the residents of the home. After the series of social services were completed, all participants returned to Bunda Mulia University to carry out a joint prayer and the Fang Sheng Burung activity.

This activity took place with joy and togetherness among the committee, participants, and alumni. In addition to being a means of sharing and donating, this activity also strengthened the sense of family within the KMB Dhammamitta Ancol campus environment and strengthened faith in Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha. Through this activity, KMB Dhammamitta hopes that the values of love, care, and virtue can continue to be applied in everyday life. Sabbe Satta Bhavantu Sukhitatta , may all living beings be happy. Sadhu… Sadhu… Sadhu…
