
Hi Biemers!!! Did You Know On Thursday, May 28, 2026; Excellent Community of Management (XCM), Management Student Association, successfully held the Election of Candidates for Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of XCM for the 26/27 period, taking place at The UBM Plaza (TUPA) 1st Floor UBM Ancol. The activity which took place at 11.30–13.10 WIB was one of the important series in the process of selecting organizational leadership within the Management Student Association of Bunda Mulia University.

This activity was attended by all active members of XCM and was open to students of the Management Study Program of UBM Ancol. The series of events began with an opening by the MC at 11:30 a.m. WIB, then continued with remarks from the Advisor of the Excellent Community of Management, Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., MM. After the remarks, the committee read out the procedures and technical implementation of the activity so that all participants understood the flow of the event, the debate provisions, and the election process that would be carried out.
The main session of the activity began with the delivery of the vision, mission, and work programs of each candidate for chairman. In this period, there were two pairs of candidates participating in the election process, namely Pair 1, Kasappa Lotandy/12240249 as Candidate for Chairman and Gabriella Jocelyn Hermawan/12250019 as Candidate for Vice Chairman; and Pair 2, Lavina Christy/12240168 as Candidate for Chairman and Bryan Wilson Lee/12250064 as Candidate for Vice Chairman. Through this session, each candidate was given the opportunity to convey ideas, leadership direction, and work programs that would be implemented if elected. Following the presentation of their vision and mission, the event continued with a debate session between the candidates for chairman, moderated by Livia Evangelina Florencia. During the debate, the candidates were asked a series of questions to test their understanding, readiness, critical thinking skills, and commitment to leading XCM for the 2025/2026 term.

Following the debate, the event continued with a voting process via Google Form, guided by the committee in an orderly and transparent manner. This voting process is crucial in determining the candidate pairs for chairperson and vice chairperson who will continue the leadership of XCM for the next term. The event concluded with a documentation and closing session by the committee. Overall, the debate for the candidates for Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for the 2025/2026 period of XCM proceeded smoothly, orderly, and enthusiastically. This event also served as a democratic learning platform for XCM members in selecting leaders with integrity, competence, and the ability to lead the organization in a more progressive direction.
