Jakarta, May 9, 2026 – The iCare Student Activity Unit of Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus, held a seminar within the framework of Healthy Weeks activities with the theme “Smart Lifestyle: Strong Life Starts From Daily Choices” . The activity, which took place at the UBM Seminar Room , 7th Floor, was attended by UBM students from various study programs. This seminar aims to provide education on the importance of implementing healthy lifestyle habits in everyday life. The event began with an opening by the Master of Ceremony (MC), followed by remarks from Mr. Nurhidayat S.Pd., MIKom as the representative of the Student Affairs division of Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus, the representative of the iCare Daily Management Board, and the Chair of the seminar event. To increase participant interaction, the committee also presented a “This or That” game session guided by our resource person, Dr. Stevany, MARS.

In the main session, Dr. Stevany, MARS, presented material on influenza prevention through the adoption of a healthy lifestyle. The material began with an explanation of the definition of influenza and the factors that can cause someone to contract it. Next, participants were given an understanding of influenza symptoms and preventive measures that students can apply in their daily activities. After the presentation, the activity continued with a discussion and question-and-answer session, which gave participants the opportunity to ask questions directly regarding the material that had been presented.

The event then continued with an explanation of SOYJOY products, a collaborative partner in this seminar. In closing, the committee presented a Token of Appreciation to Dr. Stevany, MARS, followed by a group photo session. Through this activity, iCare hopes that Bunda Mulia University students will further understand the importance of maintaining health and implementing a healthy lifestyle in their daily lives.
