The Student Activity Unit (UKM) iCare Serpong Campus has successfully carried out a Blood Donation activity with the theme “Prevention 101: Be a Donor, Be a Hero” , which is intended for the entire Bunda Mulia University Serpong Campus community. The Blood Donation in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) South Tangerang was held on Wednesday, April 23, 2026 at R303 & R304 Alfa Tower.

This activity is open not only to those who have registered online but also to members of the public who wish to register in person at the registration desk. Prior to donating blood, all registered participants are required to re-register at R303. Registration involves signing the attendance list and completing a personal identification form.

After registering, participants are given a queue number and wait their turn for an examination by the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). The examination involves measuring blood pressure and hemoglobin levels. This examination is conducted to screen potential donors. Prospective donors who pass the screening will be directed to R304 to donate blood. By donating blood, donors can reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, control iron levels, and determine their blood type.

After completing the blood donation, the participants were directed to the consumption table to take the goodie bag and warm sweet tea that had been prepared. The blood donation activity was then closed with a documentation session with PMI officers. Of the total of 64 prospective donors, 40 people were recorded as having successfully donated their blood. Through this activity, it is hoped that it can become a forum for people who want to be involved in social actions, while increasing awareness and concern for the importance of sharing and helping others. ### About iCare UBM Serpong Campus iCare UBM Serpong Campus is a student activity unit under the auspices of the Student Affairs Division of Bunda Mulia University Serpong Campus which is engaged in the fields of environment, social and health and is open to all active students across Study Programs and Classes.
