Bunda Mulia University successfully held a SAP Business Simulation Workshop to improve the competence and practical insight of lecturers regarding modern business technology that is relevant to current industrial needs.
Implementation and Collaboration Across Study Programs
This workshop was held intensively for two consecutive days, namely on Monday and Tuesday, April 6–7, 2026, from 09.00 to 16.00 WIB. Held in Room 204, Postgraduate Building, Bunda Mulia University, 2nd Floor, this event became an excellent academic collaboration event. The enthusiasm of the participants was clearly visible from the presence of teaching staff across disciplines. This activity was attended by a total of 20 lecturers from various leading study programs at Bunda Mulia University, namely Digital Business, Management, Accounting and Master of Management. Synergy between these study programs is very important to integrate technological understanding into the learning curriculum in each field.
Business Simulation with Expert Practitioners
To ensure the material presented is relevant to the world of work, UBM presented Mr. M. Farhan Badruzzaman as the main speaker. For two days, the lecturers not only received theoretical exposure, but also conducted a live simulation on the operation of the SAP system in the company ecosystem. At the closing of the event on the second day, the activity ended with an appreciation session. The Head of the Management Study Program, Miss Tannia, symbolically presented a certificate of appreciation to Mr. M. Farhan Badruzzaman for the knowledge and experience that had been shared. This session was then continued with documentation with all participants.
Conclusion
In conclusion, this SAP Business Simulation Workshop is a strategic step by Bunda Mulia University in ensuring that its teaching staff always adapts to developments in industrial technology. By equipping lecturers with SAP system operations, it is hoped that the quality of teaching will improve, so that UBM can continue to produce superior graduates who are ready to compete in the era of digital transformation.
