Tangerang, March 7, 2026 – The Student Activity Unit (UKM) iCare Serpong Campus has successfully carried out an Educational Visit activity with the theme ” Together in Care and Learning, Shaping Young Minds for a Brighter Tomorrow “. This activity was aimed at PAUD (Early Childhood Education) children at the Bintang Generation Learning House, and involved iCare administrators and members for the 2025/2026 period. This Educational Visit was held on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at the Bintang Generation Learning House located at Jl. Cimone Alfa No. 30, RT 006/RW 007, Cimone, Karawaci District, Tangerang City, Banten. Prior to the implementation of the activity, iCare held an open booth on Monday, February 23, 2026 to Friday, February 27, 2026 as a means of raising funds to support the implementation of this activity.

On the day of the event, the committee first traveled to the Bintang Generation Learning Center and prepared all the necessary supplies for the event. The event was then opened by the MC, followed by remarks from the iCare Coordinator and the Event Chair. Following the remarks, the MC invited all the children to participate in an icebreaker activity, which included dancing and singing three songs together. This icebreaker activity successfully enlivened the atmosphere and boosted the children’s enthusiasm before the learning session began.

Next, the children were divided into three groups based on their educational level to facilitate the delivery of the material. The pre-school children were in the living room, the Kindergarten B class was in the living room, and the Kindergarten A class was on the front porch. In each class, the committee accompanied and guided the children during the learning activities. For the pre-school group, the activities included introducing children to pictures and coloring various objects such as cats, suns, clouds, and flowers. Meanwhile, the Kindergarten A children participated in vowel recognition activities through singing and working on worksheets that included exercises in thickening and copying vowels. Meanwhile, the Kindergarten B children participated in spelling activities by introducing various picture objects and taking turns writing and rereading the words they had written. At the end of the practice session, each child was given a sticker as a token of appreciation for their participation during the learning activities.

After the presentation and practical sessions were completed, the activity continued with a games session in each class. Children who had not yet attended school participated in guessing the color and guessing the picture, children in Kindergarten A participated in guessing the animal based on instructions given by the committee, while children in Kindergarten B participated in guessing the animal sound and guessing the name of the object in English. The games were played enthusiastically, and children who answered correctly were given prizes as a form of appreciation. After the games session ended, all children gathered back in the living room to receive gifts and refreshments distributed by the committee.

Before the event concluded, the MC invited the event chair to hand over a donation to the Bintang Generation Learning House. The donation is expected to help with the renovation and improvement of the learning house to make it a safer and more comfortable learning environment for the children. The event then concluded with a documentation session with the entire committee and the children, before the committee returned to campus. Through this Educational Visit, iCare hopes to continue to be a pillar of caring for others and making a positive contribution to society.
