Chintia Trininta Manalu – HIMA ACCASIA
Bunda Mulia has implemented a work program aimed at all members of HIMA ACCASIA, ACLC, XCM, and EXODUS for the 2025/2026 period which was packaged in the Soft Skill About Learning (SALES) event. This event raised the theme “Handling and Preventing Management Conflict: Preventing Conflict, Communicating, Understanding Others With Personal Colors Insight” This SALES activity was held on Saturday, February 21, 2025 at 09.00 – 12.10 WIB onsite at the Lecture Hall Alfa Tower, 5th Floor. This activity was attended by 109 (one hundred and nine) members of HIMA ACCASIA from the Accounting Study Program, ACLC from the Accounting Study Program, XCM from the Management Study Program, and EXODUS from the Digital Business Study Program. The purpose of the SALES event is to provide a forum for understanding how to work together well in teams when facing various problems that arise due to differences between members. Therefore, by using a good and appropriate approach, every problem or conflict that occurs can be faced with full responsibility between members and can increase solidarity between members.
This Soft Skill activity was chaired by Chintia Trininta Manalu and Amanda Lestari. The event began with the screening of the UBM bumper , the opening by the MCs, namely, Ivenna Engelbertha and Chelsea Putri Vian Wijaya, then continued with singing the song Indonesia Raya and Mars UBM and remarks from Mr. Budi Christanto SE, B.Bus., MM as the secretary of the management study program. This event then continued with a presentation of material by Mrs. Lidya Kemala Sari Panjaitan, S.Psi., M.Psi.T. who is the Program Manager of the Digital Talent Accelerator at Binar Academy, Jakarta and as a resource person in the SALES event. She said that in an organization there must be differences such as differences in individuals, culture, opinions, personalities, and so on. However, to have a proper organization requires good communication from two directions, not just one direction. With two-way communication, miscommunication will also be reduced, so that everything that happens in the organization can be resolved thoroughly without any dislike for one another. Ms. Lidya also invited participants to play games in the form of quizzes that produce results from the personality of each participant.
After the presentation of the material, a Certificate of Appreciation was handed over to the speakers and prizes were given to the winners of the games by Ms. Vianty Adella Santo, S.Ak., M.Ak. as the Advisor of HIMA ACCASIA. The event ended with a group photo and was guided by the documentation team and filling in feedback as a requirement for participants to get e-certificates and SAR points.
The Soft Skill About Learning (SALES) activity was successfully carried out well and smoothly. Finally, we would like to thank the speakers, all committee members, and members of HIMA ACCASIA, ACLC, XCM, and EXODUS for the 2025/2026 period who participated in supporting the Soft Skill About Learning (SALES) event with the theme “Handling and Preventing Management Conflict: Preventing Conflict, Communicating, Understanding Others With Personal Colors Insight” .
