Jakarta, February 5, 2026 Company Visit to PT Transcosmos Indonesia “Driving Business Growth Through Digital Innovation”

Hello Biemers! The Digital Business Study Program Student Association (EXODUS) of Bunda Mulia University in collaboration with the UBM Alumni Career Center proudly held a Company Visit to PT Transcosmos Indonesia on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Jl. Kapten Tendean No.20C, RT.4/RW.3, Kuningan, South Jakarta. This activity was attended by 50 students of the Digital Business Study Program. PT Transcosmos Indonesia is part of the CBN Group ecosystem and focuses on digital transformation services, contact centers, and data-based and AI-based technology solutions to support corporate business needs. In this activity, students had the opportunity to learn firsthand how companies utilize digital technology to improve operational efficiency, optimize customer experience, and drive client business growth in the digital era. The series of events began at 1:00 PM WIB with remarks from Agung Stefanus Kembau, MBA., CPM. as the EXODUS Supervisor who conveyed the importance of collaboration between the academic world and industry in building student competencies that are relevant to market needs. Next, the company profile presentation and introduction of PT Transcosmos Indonesia’s services were delivered by Mr. Kevin Aldrian. The session was then continued by Mr. Achmad Yahya Sjarifuddin, Mr. Dimas Aditama, and Mr. Barry Dieo Airlangga who discussed the implementation of AI in contact centers, hyperpersonalization strategies in digital marketing, as well as the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation in today’s industry. The activity took place interactively with a question and answer session that showed high enthusiasm from the students. The activity concluded with the handover of Tokens of Appreciation (TOA) to PT Transcosmos Indonesia and a joint documentation session. Through this activity, students gained a real picture of the implementation of digital technology in supporting the company’s business growth. In addition to strengthening their understanding of the material learned in class, students also gained insight into career opportunities and competencies needed in today’s technology and digital industry. We hope this activity can continue to inspire students of the Digital Business Study Program to be more adaptive to technological developments and ready to face the challenges of a dynamic world of work.
