Jakarta, February 22, 2026 – The Buddhist Student Association of Bunda Mulia University (KMB UBM) Ancol Campus successfully held a visitation event entitled “Widya Day to Dhammacakka” at the Dhammacakka Jaya Temple. This event was attended by the KMB Dhammamitta management and warmly welcomed by the Indonesian Theravada Students and Scholars (Mahasathi) management. This activity aims to strengthen ties between Buddhist communities and expand the network of togetherness within the Indonesian Buddhist student community.

The series of activities began with a regular Sunday morning prayer service organized by Mahasathi Dhammacakka Jaya, followed by a communal lunch. This opportunity served as a forum for discussion and the exchange of ideas regarding Buddhist religious activities on campus. A friendly atmosphere was further fostered through a guided tour of the temple by local administrators, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of the history, culture, and activities within the temple grounds.

The visit also included a Dhamma sharing session delivered by Venerable Bhikkhu Cittasubho, who reflected on human life from the perspective of Buddhist teachings. The session was interactive, providing participants with the opportunity to engage in direct dialogue and ask questions of the Sangha. Through this two-way discussion, participants gained a deeper understanding and strengthened their faith in the Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha amidst the dynamics of modern development.

Through the “Widya Day to Dhammacakka” activity, KMB Dhammamitta hopes that participants will not only gain a meaningful experience of togetherness, but also gain insights and spiritual values that can be implemented in their daily lives and in developing organizational work programs. With a spirit of togetherness and brotherhood, KMB Dhammamitta remains committed to being a forum for character development and spiritual strengthening of Buddhist students at Bunda Mulia University .
