Jakarta, February 26, 2026 The Management Study Program at Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Ancol held a Community Service (PKM) activity in the form of entrepreneurship training with the theme “Developing Youth Entrepreneurship through the Canva Business Model” at Tri Ratna High School.

The activity, which took place on Thursday, February 26, 2026, was attended by approximately 28 students undergoing school orientation. The training aimed to introduce the concept of digital technology-based entrepreneurship to the students. This training took place onsite from 10:00 to 11:00 WIB, with material delivered by Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., MM, a lecturer in the Management Study Program at Bunda Mulia Ancol University. He, who has extensive experience in the field of management and entrepreneurship, was also assisted by an active student, Eric Nicholas, as an active student of the 4th semester of the Management Study Program at Bunda Mulia Ancol University as a facilitator. Eric Nicholas was tasked with assisting students in understanding the material and the training process. With a highly interactive approach, this training not only provided a theoretical understanding of entrepreneurship, but also invited participants to directly engage in the practice of using the Business Model Canva (BMC). BMC was introduced as an effective tool for designing and running both conventional and digital businesses, which is very relevant in an era that continues to develop. Students were introduced to the various nine important elements in the Canva business model, in addition, students also provided space for participants to discuss the application of entrepreneurial concepts in real life. This activity provides students with a deeper understanding of entrepreneurship in the digital age, as well as practical skills they can apply in the future.

Furthermore, this activity reinforces Bunda Mulia University’s commitment to implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, particularly in the aspect of community service. It is hoped that this activity will inspire other entrepreneurship development programs that can provide similar benefits to the community.
