Jakarta, February 6, 2026 – The Student Activity Unit (UKM) iCare Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus held a First Aid Training with the theme “Ready Minds, Steady Hands” at The UBM Seminar Room, 7th floor. This activity aims to equip members with preparedness and practical skills in dealing with emergency situations quickly, precisely, and responsibly. The event began with an opening by the MC, followed by remarks by the Event Chair, representatives of the Student Affairs Division (BKM), and the Chair of iCare UBM Ancol, then closed with the singing of the iCare Mars by all participants and committee.


The core session featured speakers from the Pademangan District Health Center, namely Dr. Stevany, MARS, and Dr. Shyffa Khairunnisa S. Raya. The material presented included Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques for cardiac and respiratory arrest, epilepsy management, respiratory tract disorders such as choking and asthma attacks, hypothermia, wounds and bleeding, and bone and joint injuries. The training also included practical simulations, including chest compressions, the recovery position, and the Heimlich technique, which aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding through direct experience.




The event concluded with a question-and-answer session, a group photo, and the presentation of certificates to the speakers as a token of appreciation. UKM iCare expressed its gratitude to all parties who supported this training and hoped that participants would be more prepared and skilled in providing first aid, so they could play an active role in emergency situations and make a real contribution to the campus environment and the wider community. iCare, weCare!
