The Management Study Program of Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus, held a Community Service Activity for students who are members of the Intra-School Student Organization at Pah Tsung School. This activity took the theme of Smart loyalty, sincere empathy: building a humane organization held on Thursday, January 15, 2026 and was attended by 28 Pah Tsung School students. The activity, which lasted for 2 hours, presented a Lecturer from the Management Study Program, Mr. Ali Wardhana, SE., MBA., CSA as a resource person and an active student, Ellen Sandria, as an activity companion.
The event started at exactly 09:00 which was opened by a welcoming speech from the Principal of Pah Tsung School, Dra Ester Setiawati Budirahardjo, M.Pd and then continued with the introduction of the speakers by the MC and the presentation of the material by the speakers. Through an interactive presentation, participants were invited to understand that loyalty in an organization should not be blind, but must be balanced with empathy and a critical attitude. In addition, the material was also accompanied by various case examples and phenomena resulting from blind loyalty such as the dangers of groupthink , the phenomenon of the pool of ducks , and the importance of applying the philosophy of tepa selira (tolerance) in maintaining organizational harmony without ignoring the truth.
Following the presentation, a question-and-answer session demonstrated the participants’ enthusiasm for further understanding. The event concluded with the presentation of certificates and a group photo.
