Jakarta, December 15, 2025 — The Accounting Study Program conducted a school visit to Tarakanita 2 Pluit High School on Monday, December 15, 2025, as part of its efforts to introduce the field of accounting to high school students. This activity was attended by students of Tarakanita 2 Pluit High School with enthusiasm and was interactive. In this activity, the Accounting Study Program sent two lecturers, namely Dr. Wendy Salim Saputra, SE, M.Ak. and Theresia Olivia, SE, M.Ak. Dr. Wendy Salim Saputra delivered the main presentation material that raised the topic of introduction to the accounting profession and various career opportunities that can be pursued by an accountant in the modern era. The material was delivered communicatively by providing a real picture of the role of accountants in the world of business, government, and the public sector. After the presentation session, the activity continued with an educational game session related to the accounting profession. Through these games, students were invited to understand the basic concepts of accounting in a fun way, while also practicing logic, accuracy, and analytical skills which are important characteristics in the accounting profession. This school visit aims to introduce accounting at an early age, provide an understanding of the accounting profession, and broaden students’ horizons to the various career opportunities available in the accounting field. It is hoped that through this activity, Tarakanita 2 Pluit High School students will gain a clearer understanding of the world of accounting and make it a potential study and career option in the future.
