A total of 59 participants attended the event, consisting of 55 students, 2 coaches, 1 assistant coach, and 1 student affairs representative. The event began with the participants’ arrival at Cido Bunda Villa, followed by room assignments and a short break to organize personal equipment. Afterward, participants were divided into several classes according to their interests and preferences, namely the Acting Class and the Script Class.

The Acting Class was taught by Fariz Septian Alam as the trainer, and Nathaniel Hans as the assistant trainer. In this class, participants received basic acting training that included body language, vocal skills, emotional recognition, and character exploration. Meanwhile, the Script Class was taught by Yulita Tirtokentjono , who discussed the process of creating a theater script, from developing ideas, determining conflict, characterization, to the storyline. Participants were also encouraged to express their creativity by writing their own scripts as a form of direct practice of the material provided. Then all participants took a lunch break before the second class session and preparations for the art performance began. Participants were given free time to practice acting, develop concepts, and prepare technically before presenting their work. The first day’s activities concluded with an art performance, followed by dinner and a night’s rest in preparation for the next day’s activities.

The following day, participants were woken up at 05.00 WIB to participate in the Olah Rasa activity. This activity aims to train emotional sensitivity, imagination, and the ability of participants to appreciate and imagine a narrative. After Olah Rasa, the activity continued with morning exercise, community games, and breakfast. The atmosphere of intimacy was increasingly felt through continued games in the swimming pool. The series of activities then closed with time to clean and tidy up the rooms, followed by lunch before all participants returned to Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus. Through the “Umbra Theatri” Familiarity Night activity , Biems Theater not only strengthens the artistic abilities of its members, but also builds solidarity, emotional closeness, and a sense of belonging in one big campus theater family.
