Tangerang, December 3th , 2025 – The iCare Student Activity Unit of Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Serpong Campus has successfully organized the Healthy Weeks program for the Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year from the first to the fourth week under the theme “Mind and Motion.” The program was held from Monday, November 3, 2025, to Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The Healthy Weeks program aimed to raise awareness among all students of Bunda Mulia University Serpong Campus regarding the importance of balancing mental health and physical health. The first week of Healthy Weeks began with a campaign in the form of a booth themed “Mind and Motion: Fragments of Hopes,” which took place from Monday, November 3, 2025, to Friday, November 7, 2025. This campaign was open to all students of Bunda Mulia University Serpong Campus, who were invited to write their hopes on sticky notes and attach them to a bulletin board provided by the committee. The campaign was also conducted online by uploading photos through Instagram Stories using the “Add Yours” feature prepared by iCare.

During the second week, Healthy Weeks featured a workshop entitled “Mind and Motion: Do What I Like vs. Like What I Do,” which was held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, in Room M1, 12th Floor, UBM Tower. The workshop invited Budi Christanto, S.E., B.Bus., M.M. as the keynote speaker. The series of events began with participant re-registration in front of the classroom, followed by participants being invited to enter the room. The event officially opened with remarks from the Master of Ceremony (MC), followed by the singing of Indonesia Raya, UBM March, and iCare March. Afterward, participants listened to opening remarks from the iCare Advisor and the Event Chairperson, which was followed by an ice-breaking session led by the MC to create a lively atmosphere.
The event then continued with a material presentation session, a Q&A session, and a workshop where participants took part in two games: a short debate and answering questions from cards. The workshop concluded with the presentation of a Token of Appreciation to the speaker and was closed with documentation and a second attendance check as the official closing, guided by the MC.

In the third week, iCare organized a Healthy Walk event themed “Mind and Motion: Pace Yourself, Enjoy the Journey” on Sunday, November 23, 2025, in the Alam Sutera area. This Healthy Walk was exclusively open to iCare board members and members for the 2025/2026 period. The event began with registration and group division conducted by the Event Chairperson, followed by opening remarks. Entering the main agenda, the activity started with warm-up exercises and documentation, after which participants carried out the Healthy Walk along a route around Alam Sutera. During the walk, participants were also instructed to collect plastic waste, which was later gathered and handed over to Bank Sampah Sumber Mutiara. After completing the Healthy Walk, participants returned to UBM and were given a break. The event then continued with the Ping Pong Ball Relay game, where winners received prizes. iCare also awarded prizes to the group that successfully collected the most waste. After all activities concluded, participants were allowed to go home after filling out the second attendance list and receiving the provided refreshments.

In the fourth week, iCare held an online talk show entitled “Mind and Motion: Posture for Productivity,” aimed at all students of Universitas Bunda Mulia. The talk show was conducted via Zoom on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The event began with the first attendance check, followed by the singing of Indonesia Raya, UBM March, and iCare March, as well as opening remarks from the Senior Manager of Student Affairs & Procurement, the iCare Advisor, and the Event Chairperson.
