Tangerang, November 14, 2025 – Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus, through the Student Activity Unit (UKM) Biems Theater successfully held the Umbra Theatri 2025 Workshop on November 14, 2025, at The UBM Lecture Hall, 5th Floor of Alfa Tower. This activity was attended by a total of 73 participants , consisting of 48 seminar participants, 20 active administrators, 1 trainer, 2 speakers, 1 BKM representative, and 1 UKM Biems Theater mentor.
The event began with a warm welcome by Sylviana Hannyca Ho and Dustin Darmawan Isya Widjaja as MCs, then continued with an opening prayer led by Bunga Joana Jonathan . Next, remarks were delivered by Vianesha Ariadne Santoso, SM , as the Advisor of Biems Theater for the 2025/2026 Period, followed by Jessica Revanda Suharsono , as the Deputy Chair of Biems Theater.
Entering the first material session, participants received a presentation from Nicholas Jonathan and Nathaniel Hans on the topic “Providing for Biems Theater.” This material reviewed the history of the formation of Biems Theater, the development of generations from the first to the eighth, and the structure and function of the theater as an arts organization on campus. The event then continued with an icebreaker session by the MC, who successfully lightened the atmosphere and increased the enthusiasm of all participants.
The second material session was delivered by Fariz Septian Alam with the theme “Stage Production.” In this session, participants were introduced to the theater production process from pre-production, production, to post-production. The material also included an explanation of the types of production and divisions in a performance. This session closed with games with prizes that added to the enthusiasm and joy of the participants. The event ended with a group photo session and closing by the committee.
