The UBM Data Science Student Association (QHive) Serpong Campus successfully held a Gathering activity on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at Room 1401, 14th Floor of UBM Tower. Carrying the theme “ Bee Bond: Buzzing in Harmony as One Hive “, this activity aims to strengthen togetherness and expand relations between students across classes, from 2023 to 2025. The event began with participant registration, an opening by the MC, and singing the Indonesian national anthem and the UBM March as a form of respect and encouragement. To create a more lively and interactive atmosphere, participants were then divided into several groups so that all students could mingle and get to know each other. The main session of the Gathering was filled with a series of collaborative games designed to build cohesiveness, practice communication, and foster sportsmanship. During the game, the enthusiasm of the participants was clearly visible through solid cooperation, laughter, and fun competitive dynamics. These moments became an effective forum to strengthen relationships between QHive members.
After the entire series of games were completed, the committee gave appreciation to the winning group by distributing prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. The event closed with a group photo session as documentation of the togetherness moment, followed by the final attendance filling and closing by the MC. Through this activity, QHive hopes that Gathering 2025 will be the first step in strengthening solidarity, improving communication, and fostering a sense of family among Data Science students.
