
The series of activities for the Road to National Retail Day 2025 officially opened on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus, specifically at The UBM Hall. This national seminar was attended in person by hundreds of MSME business actors, practitioners, students, and the general public, numbering hundreds. This event was also broadcast live on the Indonesian Retail Entrepreneurs Association (Aprindo) YouTube. This National Seminar took place for three days at The UBM Hall, from November 4 to 6, 2025. The seminar event carried the spirit of collaboration between modern retail actors, MSMEs, the general public and strategic partners in the fields of finance and digital technology. 
The seminar was opened by the General Chairperson of Aprindo, Dr. Hj. Solihin, SH., MH., C.Med, CAC, and attended by hundreds of participants from various regions. Mr. Solihin, in his opening speech, stated that National Retail Day 2025 is not just a celebration, but also a momentum that brings together modern retailers and MSMEs, and becomes a forum for exchanging ideas and experiences to enrich knowledge and open the way for collaboration between various parties for the advancement of Indonesian retail.

The three-day National Seminar series of Road to National Retail Day 2025 presents cross-disciplinary topics and speakers such as Purnomo Kristanto – Head of Industry Sales of Google Cloud, Mr. Budianto as CEO of NUSAMETRA (WIR Group), VP Commercial from DMMX, namely Jimmy Makmur, Vice President and Head of Global ESL Solution Team SOLUM Wachirawuth Rattiwarakorn, and President Director of PT Penyelesaian Transaksi Elektronik Nasional (PTEN), namely Mr. Arianto Muditomo.

The National Seminar, located at UBM Ancol Campus, is part of a series leading up to the peak of National Retail Day 2025, which will be held on November 11, 2025. Through the theme “Retail Revival: Growing Together with MSMEs, Moving into the Global Market”, Aprindo is determined to make this moment a milestone in strengthening the national retail ecosystem that is inclusive and globally competitive.
