Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus – The Accounting Study Program carried out a Community Service (PKM) activity with the topic Digital Accounting Made Easy With Accurate with a teaching practice method for 2 days at SMK Atisa Dipamkara on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 to Thursday, November 13, 2025. Teaching Practice Activities in the context of Accurate Accounting Software Training using Accurate Online with learning materials ranging from sales cycles, purchases, to adjustments. There were Mrs. Margarete Febe, SE, M. Ak. and Mrs. Vianty Adella Santo, S.Ak., M. Ak. as representatives of the Accounting Study Program lecturers at UBM Serpong Campus and two students, namely Livia Valerian and Nathanael Setiawan who helped in the PKM activity. PKM was attended by 15 students majoring in Accounting at SMK Atisa Dipamkara.
The first day of Teaching Activity Practice on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 with a case study prepared by the Accounting Study Program of Bunda Mulia University. The PKM activity began at exactly 08.00 WIB, the students prepared Accurate Online on their respective devices . It began with a company database setup guided by Ms. Margarete Febe, SE, M. Ak. and assisted by Livia Valerian. The setup was carried out by creating an initial company profile , account list, currency, tax settings to warehouse. After that, it continued with the sales cycle starting from sales quotation, sales order, shipment, and invoice . The first day closed with the awarding of a Token of Appreciation by Ms. Maya Aprianti Wijaya, SE, MM as a representative of SMK Atisa Dipamkara to Ms. Margarete Febe, SE, M. Ak. as a representative of Bunda Mulia University on the first day.
Thursday, November 13, 2025 the second day of PKM activities continued with completing the case study from the first day. This time the students were guided by Ms. Vianty Adella Santo, S.Ak., M. Ak. and assisted by Nathanael Setiawan. Purchase transactions are carried out starting from purchase requisition, sales order, shipment, and invoice. There are also adjustment transactions ranging from charging to VAT reconciliation. The second day closed with the awarding of Token of Appreciation by Mrs. Maya Aprianti Wijaya, SE, MM as a representative of SMK Atisa Dipamkara to Vianty Adella Santo, S.Ak., M. Ak. as a representative of Bunda Mulia University on the first day. We would like to express our gratitude to all parties who have participated, especially SMK Atisa Dipamkara who has collaborated in PKM activities with the Accounting Study Program of Bunda Mulia University. Hopefully the Teaching Activity Practice (PKM) activities will be beneficial for both the Accounting Study Program of Bunda Mulia University and SMK Atisa Dipamkara.
