Internal First Aid Training – iCare Serpong Campus 2025 “Quick Steps, Correct Actions: First Aid Around Us”
Tangerang, October 30, 2025 – The Student Activity Unit (UKM) iCare Serpong Campus has successfully carried out the 2025 Internal First Aid Training (P3K) with the theme ” Quick Steps, Correct Action: First Aid Around Us” which is aimed at all members and administrators of iCare for the 2025/2026 period. This training activity was held on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at The UBM Lecture Hall, 5th Floor Alfa Tower. Before the training began, all participants who had registered were required to register in front of the Lecture Hall by filling out the attendance list. The event was opened by the MC, then continued with singing the song Indonesia Raya, Mars UBM, and Mars iCare. After that, welcoming remarks were given by the head of iCare and the head of the event.
Before entering the main event, the MC invited all participants to do an ice breaker “where, head, why, coconut”. When the MC said the word “where”, participants had to look to the right; if the MC said the word “head”, participants had to look forward; if the MC said the word “why”, participants had to look to the left; if the MC said the word “coconut”, participants had to look up. The ice breaker activity had succeeded in enlivening the atmosphere and increasing the enthusiasm of the participants before listening to the Internal First Aid Training material by the resource person.
After the ice breaking was over, the MC invited Dr. M. Arief Novianto, MKK, Sp.OK. as a resource person to come up on stage and deliver material related to First Aid in Accidents (P3K). After the presentation of the material, participants were given the opportunity to ask questions to Doctor Arief through a Q&A session. Next, Doctor Arief gave questions to all participants. Participants who could answer the questions were selected by Doctor Arief as the best participants. Then the event continued with the awarding of Tokens of Appreciation to Doctor Arief and documentation together with all participants.
Before ending the Internal First Aid Training activity, the MC of the event brought a game “Guess the Picture” where participants will guess the use of the displayed pictures of medicines and continued with guessing how to treat the displayed pictures of wounds. The event was closed with a second attendance and feedback . By holding this Internal First Aid Training, we hope to expand the knowledge and skills of iCare members and administrators regarding First Aid in Accidents, as well as provide provisions that will be useful in everyday life.
