Tangerang, October 15, 2025 – The Talent / Master of Ceremony Student Activity Unit of Universitas Bunda Mulia, Serpong Campus, successfully held a workshop with the theme “Speak and Stand Out.” The event took place in Room 1407, 14th Floor of UBM Tower, featuring an experienced speaker, Ms. Kristin Engjelima Juliwinda Nomleni, S.I.Kom., M.I.Kom, who shared her knowledge and experience with the participants.
The workshop aimed to provide insights into the importance of personal branding, both on social media and in the professional world. This topic is particularly relevant for public speakers and Masters of Ceremony in today’s digital era.
In her presentation, Ms. Kristin emphasized the importance of being authentic, embracing one’s uniqueness, and building a wide network. She also encouraged participants to develop a winner’s mindset and to make the most of social media by creating consistent and genuine content. According to her, the key to personal branding lies in continuously showcasing one’s authentic self.

As a form of practical implementation, Ms. Kristin conducted a social media and LinkedIn review session for the MCU Executive Board members. This activity provided a concrete example of how to build a strong and targeted personal brand.

In addition to the presentation and review session, the workshop also included various interactive activities involving the speaker, the MCU executive members, and the participants. These activities created a lively and engaging atmosphere while fostering closer relationships among everyone involved. Through this personal approach, each participant had the opportunity to share experiences and strengthen bonds within the organization.

The material session concluded with the presentation of a token of appreciation from the MCU Chairperson to the speaker, followed by a photo and documentation session. MCU hopes that through this workshop, the members of the MCU Talent Student Activity Unit gain valuable insights into effective personal branding strategies, enabling them to continue growing, stay confident, and remain competitive in both the digital and professional worlds.
