Shindy – HIMA ACCASIA
Universitas Bunda Mulia, Serpong Campus, through the Accounting Student Association (HIMA Accasia), successfully held Internal Gathering 2025. This event is one of the annual programs of HIMA Accasia Serpong Campus, with the theme “We Grow Together, We Bond Stronger”, aiming to strengthen internal togetherness as well as develop student’s soft skills and hard skills through material sessions, talk shows, organizational introductions, and interactive games. The Internal Gathering was held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 08.00 to 11.00 WIB in rooms R1408–R1409, Serpong Campus. The event took place onsite and was attended by 67 Accounting students from semester 1 and semester 3, featuring internal speakers Ms. Veny, S.E., M.Ak. and Gracesika Natasya Taswin.
The event began with the singing of the national anthem Indonesia Raya and Universitas Bunda Mulia Mars, led by the main MCs, Chesillia Chatrin Priscila and Jodi Ananda. This was followed by opening remarks from Mrs. Vianty Adella Santo, S.Ak., M.Ak., as the advisor of HIMA Accasia, and from Nathanael Setiawan as the Head of the Internal Gathering Committee. The program then continued with a presentation delivered by Mrs. Veny, S.E., M.Ak., Secretary of the Accounting Study Program, as the keynote speaker of this year’s Internal Gathering. She presented material related to the theme “We Grow Together, We Bond Stronger”, focusing on building strong relationships and growing together. This session was one of the most essential parts of the event, providing valuable insights and knowledge for future activists who will be joining HIMA Accasia for the 2025/2026 period. The session concluded with a certificate (Token of Appreciation) presented to Mrs. Veny, S.E., M.Ak., by the HIMA Accasia advisor, Mrs. Vianty Adella Santo, S.Ak., M.Ak. The MCs. Chesillia and Jodi, then led the participants in an ice-breaking activity called “Tepuk Pagi Siang Sore Malam”.
To further introduce HIMA Accasia, Clarissa Giovanni, as the current Chief of HIMA Accasia, elaborated on the meaning of the logo, vision and mission, benefits of joining HIMA Accasia, organizational structure, and work programs.
The program then moved into a talk show session featuring Gracesika Natasya Taswin, Former Chief of HIMA Accasia for the 2024/2025 period, who served as the guest speaker. She responded to questions posed by Clarissa Giovanni, who acted as the moderator. The questions focused on Gracesika’s experiences as both a member and Chief of HIMA Accasia. The talk show was lively and sparked high enthusiasm among participants, especially during the Q&A session. The session concluded with the symbolic presentation of a certificate (Token of Appreciation) from HIMA Accasia’s advisor, Mrs. Vianty Adella Santo, S.Ak., M.Ak., to Gracesika Natasya Taswin.
In addition to introducing HIMA Accasia, the event also featured the introduction of another organization under the Accounting Study Program, ACLC (Accounting Competition and Learning Club). This presentation was delivered by representatives Angela Callista Lovy and Electra Miracle Edgar, who explained the divisions, work programs, and organizational structure of ACLC, which focuses on academic development.
As the event drew to a close, participants joined fun games such as “Read the Word Without Touching Your Lips.” Participants were selected based on sticky notes placed under their seats, dividing them into two groups, Group 1 and Group 2. The first game was won by Group 1 with 18 points. The excitement continued with the second game, “Don’t Let It Fall”, played with the same groups, where Group 2 emerged victorious with 20 points. Based on the combined scores from both games, Group 2 was declared the overall winner with a total of 32 points.
The Internal Gathering 2025 officially concluded after the games and documentation session.
