Jakarta, September 24, 2025 – The Hospitality and Tourism Program of Bunda Mulia University held a workshop titled “Brownies Cheese Cake” at SMA Fons Vitae. The event, which took place on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, aimed to introduce and teach the skills of making Brownies Cheseecake to high school students of SMA Fons Vitae 2.
The workshop featured speaker Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara, S.Pd., M.Par, a culinary and hospitality expert. During the session, Yudhiet shared insights on how to make delicious and easy-to-make brownies cheese cakes, providing participants with valuable practical knowledge.
A total of 20 students from SMA Fons Vitae 2 actively participated in the event. In addition to listening to the presentation, the students were also invited to practice making Brownies Cheese cake themselves, enabling them to apply what they learned.
“This event has been very beneficial for us. We were able to learn directly from a practitioner and enhance our skills in the culinary field. We hope activities like this continue in the future,” said one of the participants.
No additional costs were required for the event, and it ran smoothly without any issues. This event is part of the efforts by the Hospitality and Tourism Program of Bunda Mulia University to provide practical experience for students and build strong relationships with both the educational and industry sectors.
