On July 5th, 2025, lecturer Imam Ardiansyah attended the Hospitality Forum Seminar 2025 with the theme “Empowering Leaders Through AI-Driven Organizational Learning To Promote World-Class Service Excellence,” held at Pan Pacific Jakarta and organized by ELSA Speak in collaboration with HHRMA (Hotel Human Resources Manager Association). This event was attended by various professionals and academics in the hospitality sector, focusing on the application of artificial intelligence to enhance leadership competencies, strengthen organizational learning culture, and drive the achievement of world-class service standards in the hospitality industry.
