Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus – The Student Association of the Accounting Study Program at Bunda Mulia University successfully held the HIMA Accasia regeneration event as part of the leadership transition from the 2024/2025 to 2025/2026 period. The regeneration event for HIMA Accasia 2025/2026 carried the theme “Every Last Chapter, Have Their Own Beginning.” This event was held on Monday, June 16, 2025, and Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at Alfa Resort, Cisarua, Bogor. It was attended by 46 (forty-six) members of HIMA Accasia from the 2024/2025 period and 1 (one) advisor of HIMA Accasia. The main objectives of this event were to strengthen the bond among HIMA Accasia members, conduct a performance evaluation meeting for the 2024/2025 HIMA Accasia period, and inaugurate the President and Vice President of HIMA Accasia for the 2025/2026 period, along with their members, to continue the organization’s management in alignment with its vision and mission.
On the first day (Monday, June 16, 2025), the participants gathered at Nabi Adam Stairs, UBM Tower, for registration and attendance Afterward, all participants boarded the bus, followed by a joint prayer before departing for Alfa Resort. Upon arriving at Alfa Resort, the event began with an ice-breaking session led by the Master of Ceremony, Laurencia Irene and Valencia, followed by welcoming speeches delivered by the advisor of HIMA Accasia, Ms. Vianty Adella Santo, S.Ak., M.Ak, and the president of HIMA Accasia for the 2024/2025 period, Gracesika Natasya Taswin. The committee then assigned room accommodations, and participants were invited to settle into their respective rooms. After that, everyone enjoyed a coffee break and lunch in the dining room, after which the participants engaged in group games. In these games, all participants were divided into six groups of committee members and activists. The game sessions were guided by the regeneration committee members, Agnes Natalia, Shandy Raqiqa Putri, Clarissa Giovanni Kusnandar, Gracesika Natasya Taswin, Fiolita Kharisti Christian, and Kalina Ratna Dewy. The games played included Pop the Balloon, Ball Racing, Blind Ball Hunter, Water Ball Relay, Keep the Light, and Water Relay. All participants showed great enthusiasm during the games, and time passed quickly. Afterward, everyone enjoyed another coffee break and took a shower at their respective villas. To earn more group points, participants also played an individual large-group game called Ring-a-Ring on the villa field. Later, everyone gathered for dinner in the dining room, followed by a bonding night in the villa. The bonding night featured mini-games for groups with tied scores, resulting in the selection of three winning teams based on overall performance in all games.
On the second day (Tuesday, June 17, 2025), the day began with group morning exercise and followed by breakfast. All participants were then given time to shower and pack their belongings. Next, everyone gathered at the Alfa Resort hall for a soft skill session with the theme “Every Last Chapter, Have Their Own Beginning,” presented by Ms. Vianty Adella Santo, S.Ak., M.Ak, as the speaker. The event continued with a plenary meeting, which each program within HIMA Accasia for the 2024/2025 period was presented and evaluated. After that, the “Best of the Best” medal was awarded to a member of HIMA Accasia for the 2024/2025 period. Then came the handover of leadership positions to Clarissa Giovanni Kusnandar and Nathanael Setiawan as the new President and Vice President of HIMA Accasia for the 2025/2026 period. To conclude the event, participants were asked to complete an e-questionnaire and join a group photo session. Finally, everyone boarded the bus for the return trip to UBM Serpong Campus.
The regeneration event of HIMA Accasia for the 2025/2026 period has been successfully carried out. In conclusion, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to all Lecturers of the Accounting Study Program, the speaker, and the 2024/2025 HIMA Accasia members for their dedication and contributions, which played a significant role in the success of this event under the theme “Every Last Chapter Has Its Own Beginning.”
