This Community Service (PKM) activity was held at Tzu Chi Vocational High School (SMK Tzu Chi), located in PIK. The theme of this PKM was “Challenges, Opportunities, and Success Strategies,” presented by Mr. Andreas Wijaya, S.E., M.M., a lecturer of the Management Study Program at Universitas Bunda Mulia, together with Nicholas Andrew Tanimihardjo, an active student of the Management Study Program at Universitas Bunda Mulia Ancol Campus. This PKM activity was held at the Tzu Chi Center PIK Auditorium and lasted for 50 minutes, from 09.00 to 09.50, with 135 participants from 12th grade of SMK Tzu Chi PIK.
This PKM activity was divided into 3 sessions, namely:
1. Presentation Session
In this session, which lasted for 40 minutes, the material delivered by Mr. Andreas was attentively listened to and noted by the students. He explained how to anticipate all potential challenges, gave input on how to identify opportunities that can lead to success, and shared strategies that can guide us to become successful individuals, including developing soft skills, building networks, and many more.

2. Question-and-Answer (Q&A) Session
In this session, students were very enthusiastic to ask questions, leading to an engaging discussion between the students and the speaker.

3. Award Presentation Session
In this session, Mr. Andreas received an award from the Vice Principal of SMK Tzu Chi PIK.

From this PKM activity, we hope that the students of SMK Tzu Chi PIK gained new insights to analyze challenges, recognize opportunities, and formulate strategies to achieve success according to their respective dreams and aspirations.
