Jakarta, May 3, 2025 – The Buddhist Spiritual Activity Unit (UKR Buddha) KMB Dhammamitta of Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Ancol Campus successfully held Mitta Sharing 2025, carrying the theme “Mindful Learning: Where Awareness Meets Learning”. The event took place at The UBM Seminar Room (TUSR), 7th floor, UBM Ancol Campus.
Mitta Sharing 2025 served as a foundational platform for students to explore the importance of mindfulness in the learning process. Through this approach, participants were encouraged not only to memorize but to truly understand and internalize their learning with full awareness and focus.

The event featured a series of engaging sessions such as interactive seminars and meditation workshops led by experienced and knowledgeable speakers in their respective fields. In an inclusive and supportive atmosphere, the event provided both theoretical insight and practical experience that could be applied in academic and everyday life.

The main goals of Mitta Sharing 2025 were to introduce the concept of mindful learning, create a space for harmonious interaction, and encourage students to develop healthy and conscious learning habits. It is hoped that through this event, participants will be better equipped to manage academic stress, improve focus, and find balance between their studies and campus life.

Looking ahead, we hope to hold similar events by inviting different speakers to continue providing valuable education—especially for Buddhist students at UBM. As a closing, we, the big family of KMB Dhammamitta, would like to say: Sabbe Satta Bhavantu Sukhitatta – May all beings be happy. Sadhu… Sadhu… Sadhu… Sotthi Hotu, Namo Buddhaya. Namo Amitofo.
