Jakarta, May 3, 2025 – The Biemers Entrepreneur Club (BEC) of Bunda Mulia University successfully held a webinar titled “From Comfort Zone to Resilience Zone: Transforming Students into Young Entrepreneurs.” This event was attended by BEC student members and supervised by the community mentor, Mr. Ongky Alexander, S.E., M.M.
The webinar featured Mr. Yudha Lukmana, COO & National Coaching Mentor of UMKM (INA Mikro), as the keynote speaker. The aim of the event was to encourage students to step out of their comfort zone and into the “resilience zone”—a state where toughness, creativity, and the spirit of innovation are the key components in building an entrepreneurial mindset.

“Stepping out of the comfort zone does not mean leaving behind the sense of security, but finding a tougher version of oneself and being brave enough to take risks to grow.”
– Yudha Lukmana

The webinar was interactive and full of enthusiasm, especially during the discussion and Q&A sessions. Participants actively asked questions about concrete steps to begin their journey as young entrepreneurs. The high level of enthusiasm from the participants demonstrated their passion for learning and growing in the entrepreneurial world.
