Tangerang, April 26th, 2025 – iCare UBM Serpong Campus has just held the Educational Visit “EduTrip with iCare: Sharing Knowledge to Others” on Saturday, April 26th, 2025, at Rumah Belajar Ceria Joglo. The event began with an opening by the MC and welcoming remarks from iCare chairperson and the event chairperson. This was followed by an ice breaking session called “Transportasi Gaya” led by the MC to sharpen the children’s concentration. This ice breaking session was designed to create a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere so that the children would feel more comfortable and readier to participate.
The event continued with a material presentation session by the event team. In this session, the children were taught English lessons about the characteristics of animals and daily activities. Then, the children were given exercises to test their understanding of the material that had been presented. All the committee members also participated by assisting the children during the teaching and learning activities.
After the learning session, the children at Rumah Belajar Ceria Joglo enjoyed the lunch together with all the committee members. Afterward, they joined a fun game called “Freeze Dance” where the event team played music and the children would dance while the music played, but had to freeze immediately when the music stopped. This game strengthened the bond and brought joy between the children and the committee. After the game, prizes were awarded to the winners.
At the end of the event, iCare handed over a donation to Rumah Belajar Ceria Joglo as a form of support and care. Following that, the MC closed the event by expressing gratitude to everyone who participated, especially to Rumah Belajar Ceria Joglo for warmly welcoming us Through this visit, we aim to cultivate a spirit of compassion, awareness, and kindness. May the bonds formed and the experiences shared during this visit inspire us to keep spreading care and support for one another. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you at the next iCare event!
