A series of community service activities entitled “Digital Transformation for MSMEs 2025: Optimizing Finance and Marketing in the Digital Age” has been successfully held by the management study program of Bunda Mulia University. The activity, which is a collaboration between Bunda Mulia University and the Indonesian Management Association DKI Jakarta Chapter (AMA DKI Jakarta), aims to provide education and training to MSME players on the utilization of digital technology to improve their business performance. This activity consisted of three sessions with different focuses. The first session, “How to Leverage Artificial Intelligence to Assess the Behavior of your Consumers and Utilizing Break-Even Analysis to Enhance Performance in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)” was held on 23 December 2024 and attended by 24 participants. In this session, Mr Nicholas Wilson, S.E., M.M and Mr Ali Wardhana, SE, MBA, CSA had the chance to become resource persons who invited the participants to understand how artificial intelligence can be used to analyze consumer behavior and how break-even analysis can assist to improve MSMEs performance.
The second session, “Application of Financial Technology in Increasing MSME Income” was held on January 13, 2025 and was attended by 24 participants. The session presented by Miss Dr. Ika Pratiwi Simbolon, S.E., M.M., CPMM and Miss Lilis Susilawaty, S.E., M.M invited participants to get to know various financial technologies that can help MSMEs increase their income.
In the third and final session, “Maximizing Your Business with Social Media: Effective Digital Marketing Strategies and Exploring the Benefits, Disadvantages, and Challenges of Implementing Digital Marketing for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)” was held on January 23, 2025 and attended by 19 participants. In this final session presented by Mr Lanang Diayudha SE., M. Env Mgt and Mr Budi Christanto, S.E., B.BUS., M.M participants learned about effective digital marketing strategies through social media and understood the various advantages, disadvantages, and challenges of implementing digital marketing for MSMEs. All activities were held online through the Zoom application with 5 active students namely Matthew Gilbert Susanto, Priskila Febilia Winata, Jesslyn Ivana, Marcelynda, and Vinestasya. This activity received a positive response from the participants. They felt helped by the knowledge and skills provided in optimizing their business finances and marketing in the digital era.
