The Accounting Study Program of Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM), Ancol Campus, has once again achieved success through two of its students who won awards at the “Ecogreen”- themed Business Canvas competition. The competition, organized by Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya, took place on-site at the Atma Jaya Campus in Semanggi, from December 4 to 6, 2024, with participation from universities across Indonesia, including Hasselt University from Belgium.
This competition carried the theme of sustainable business innovation, challenging participants to design business strategies based on the business canvas model. Preparation for the event began in early November 2024, involving various stages such as internal discussions, coordination of materials, mind mapping, and risk analysis of MSMEs, which became the main focus of the competition.
Among the ten competing teams, Jessica Sito, a UBM student from Team 2, successfully secured second place. Meanwhile, Daniel Chandru Khatwani, a member of Team 7, was awarded the Favorite Winner title. Both were recognized for their ability to integrate innovative concepts and business solutions that aligned with the “Ecogreen” theme.
This achievement underscores UBM’s commitment to fostering student potential, both nationally and internationally. It is hoped that this success will motivate other students to continue excelling and bring honor to Universitas Bunda Mulia in various competitions.
