The Excellent Community of Management (XCM), the Management Study Program Association, successfully held the Meet & Greet XCM 2023 event with the theme “First Page of Togetherness.” This activity took place onsite in the Premiere Room on Saturday, October 7, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 3:40 PM WIB.
The Meet & Greet began with an opening led by Handoko and Putri Cecilia as the Masters of Ceremony (MC). Following the opening, a welcome speech was delivered by Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan S.Par., M.M., as the XCM advisor, followed by speeches from Tania Athaliav and Wily Dozen as the XCM chairperson and vice-chairperson.
Next, the program continued with a presentation of the Excellent Community of Management’s Work Programs for the 2023/2024 period by Tania Athaliav and Wily Dozen. This was followed by the introduction of members and the presentation of work programs from each division, delivered by the division leaders and vice leaders, starting with the Marketing Communication division, the Creative division, the Finance division, and finally, the Research and Development division. A Q&A session then followed, moderated by Handoko and Putri Cecilia as MCs.
During the games’ session, all XCM members moved to The UBM Plaza. Three games were played during this session: item stacking, guess the impostor, and the longest-item game. All XCM members were highly enthusiastic and energetic throughout the session.
After the games ended, all members returned to the Premiere Room for the prize distribution session for the game winners and a group photo session with all XCM members who attended the Meet & Greet event.
The program continued with a snack time session at The UBM Plaza, where members shared food that they had brought to enjoy together. During snack time, all XCM members interacted with one another, aiming to foster good relationships among the members. This snack time session marked the conclusion of the Meet & Greet XCM event. The organizing committee then distributed final attendance sheets as proof of participation for XCM members who joined the event.
This successfully held event is expected to help students get to know XCM through the information provided and to create a warm sense of camaraderie among students in the Management Study Program.
