Election of Candidates for Chairman and Vice Chairman of Excellent Community of Management (XCM) Period 24/25

Hi Biemers!!! Did you know that on June 7, 2024 Friday; Excellent Community of Management (XCM), Management Student Association, successfully held the Election for Chairman and Vice Chairman of XCM for the 24/25 period. This activity was a critical moment for electing leaders who are able to direct the organization towards its vision and mission.

The event started at 14.00 WIB at TUPA, 1st Floor UBM Ancol, and was attended by all XCM members and UBM Ancol Management Study Program students. The event started with opening remarks by the MC and from the XCM Advisor, Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., MM. After that, the procedures or rules for the event were read, emphasizing the importance of mutual respect, maintaining neutrality, and focusing on issues and work programs that are relevant to the position of candidates for chairman and vice chairman of XCM. The debate session was hosted by Tania, an active 5th semester student as well as the incumbent Chairperson of XCM period 23/24. The moderator maintained objectivity by asking questions or responses from participants according to the rules. The voting process was done through Gform by scanning the barcode, ensuring confidentiality and transparency of the election. The event went smoothly, then ended with documentations and official closing remarks. Based on the voting results, the Chair and Vice Chair of XCM for the 24/25 period was elected.

This election aims to ensure the sustainability and regeneration of the organization by selecting leaders who have high integrity, capability, and commitment. The election process is also a forum for members to learn the importance of democracy, participation, and transparency. Through this election, XCM members were given the opportunity to play an active role in determining the future direction and policies of the organization.
