This seminar was organized by Yarsi University Y.A.I on July 27 2023 which was held online (zoom) which was attended by 10 Hospar Lecturers of the Ancol Campus. The results of this workshop show that in the digital era there are several tools and technologies that can be used to help simplify this process. In this context, this research will focus on optimizing the use of several tools that have proven to be effective, namely ChatGPT, Ok Maps, CP, Mendeley, PoP, and Quilbot. By optimizing the use of these tools, authors can save time and effort in the process of writing references, citations, and paraphrasing scientific papers/grant proposals. The use of ChatGPT will provide guidance and advice in finding relevant references, Ok Maps helps in finding the required geographic information, CP and Mendeley help in reference management, PoP ensures the authenticity of writing, and Quilbot helps in restructuring sentences..
