On December 7 and 13, 2022, PKM Incentive Project was carried out which was organized by the Trisakti Tourism College. Where is Sir Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara, who was appointed by STP Trisakti as a resource person in the PKM Incentive activity integrated with MBKM based on IKU performance for PS 2022. On the first day there was training on making processed eggplant and chili flowers by Sir Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara. Bojongkulur Village is a village that has a lot of potential for butterfly pea and chili plants, that’s why Sir Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara gave a workshop as well as training for making drinks using butterfly pea flowers which were then given as bokul drinks and bokul sauce consisting of chilies, catfish and butterfly pea flowers. . Besides that, Mr. Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara also made a culinary variation of nasi liwet with the addition of butterfly pea flowers. In the second training, Sir Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara explained how catfish and tilapia fish are processed and how they are made and can be applied to a dish. Bojongkulur Village is a village that has a lot of potential for catfish and mujair fish, that’s why Sir Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara gave workshops as well as training for making drinks using catfish and mujair fish, which were then given as a result by special tourism. Hopefully this activity will be useful for the village of Bojongkulur in the future and be able to help the economy of the tourist village in the future.
