On November 21, a virtual industrial visit was held entitled “Virtual Industry Visit to Swissbel-Inn Simatupang Jakarta”, a virtual industrial visit conducted via Google Meet, inviting students and students to take a walk around the Swissbel-inn simatupang hotel virtually. which was guided directly by Mr. Rizkjy Firdaus as Director of Sales and Marketing at the Swissbel-inn simatupang hotel. The event started by exploring all the hotel facilities and rooms in the Swissbel-inn simatupang hotel, from the lobby, room types to the swimming pool.
The seminar which was held from 9 to 11 in the afternoon also explained about hotel operations and especially how service was carried out during this pandemic, what had changed and had to be done to prioritize health protocols. This material is very suitable for students and students of the Ancol Tourism Academy Hospitality study program semester 1 of the 3rd semester hospitality study program because they will later enter the world of hospitality where they are required to understand the ins and outs of hotels and learn a lot about how to do hotel operations when there is a disaster, especially a pandemic.
It can be seen that students are very enthusiastic in asking questions and listening to the material given by Mr. Rizky Firdaus. This event ends with the awarding of a certificate from Mrs. Regina, a representative from the Bunda Mulia Tourism Academy and also continues taking pictures with the speakers of all seminar participants.
