
Jakarta, 30 April 2025 – Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM), telah sukses melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat pada 30 April 2025, pukul 09.00–12.00 WIB di PT. Nisson Indonesia. Kegiatan ini mengangkat tema “Menguatkan Budaya Kerja PT Nisson Indonesia Melalui Soft Skills”, dan diikuti oleh para leader serta jajaran manajerial perusahaan.
Kegiatan ini dipandu oleh Dr. Liem Bambang Sugiyanto, S.Kom., M.M., dosen Program Studi Magister Manajemen UBM, yang memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan seminar seputar penguatan budaya kerja melalui pengembangan soft skills seperti komunikasi efektif, kepemimpinan adaptif, serta konsistensi dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai kerja perusahaan.
Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan PT. Nisson Indonesia untuk memperkuat kualitas sumber daya manusia di tengah perubahan dan persaingan industri yang dinamis. Salah satu fokus utama adalah penguatan penerapan budaya kerja perusahaan, yang selama ini dinilai masih belum maksimal dan kurang konsisten. Dengan meningkatnya tantangan dalam kepemimpinan dan implementasi nilai-nilai budaya organisasi, pelatihan ini bertujuan membantu para leader dalam menerapkan budaya kerja yang lebih baik dan berkelanjutan.
Dr. Liem menekankan bahwa soft skills merupakan pondasi penting dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan kolaboratif. Ia juga menyoroti pentingnya motivasi dan komunikasi yang efektif untuk menjaga konsistensi dalam budaya kerja.

Sebagai tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini, Program Studi Magister Manajemen UBM membuka peluang kerja sama lebih lanjut dalam bentuk pelatihan lanjutan atau program pendampingan strategis bagi perusahaan. Diharapkan kegiatan ini menjadi langkah awal dalam memperkuat sinergi antara dunia akademik dan industri, serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan SDM yang unggul di Indonesia.

Dr. Liem Bambang Sugiyanto, S.Kom., M.M., a lecturer at the UBM Master of Management Study Program, supervised this activity and provided counseling, training, and seminars to enhance the work culture by fostering the development of soft skills, including adaptive leadership, effective communication, and consistency in the implementation of the company’s work values.
This activity was driven by the necessity for PT. Nisson Indonesia to enhance the quality of its human resources in the face of competitive pressure and dynamic industrial change. One of the primary objectives is to strengthen the company’s work culture, which has been deemed inconsistent and suboptimal thus far. This training is designed to assist leaders in the establishment of a more sustainable and effective work environment, in response to the growing obstacles associated with the implementation of organizational culture values and leadership.
