Oleh Sinta Ramadhani (Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi Angkatan 2024) – (19/12) Club Videography Team (VITE) Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Humaniora, Universitas Bunda Mulia Kampus Serpong, telah menyelenggarakan kegiatan Meet and Greet pada Rabu (1/10) bertempat di Ruang Lab Televisi Universitas Bunda Mulia. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada pukul 11.00 hingga 13.25 WIB dan diikuti oleh mahasiswa/i Ilmu Komunikasi yang memiliki minat di bidang videografi.
By Sinta Ramadhani (Student of Communication Studies Program, Class of 2024) – (19/12) The Videography Team (VITE), under the Communication Studies Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Universitas Bunda Mulia Serpong Campus, held a Meet and Greet event on Wednesday (October 1st) at the Universitas Bunda Mulia Television Laboratory. The event took place from 11.00 AM to 1.25 PM WIB and was attended by Communication Studies students with an interest in videography.
Kegiatan Meet and Greet ini dilakukan oleh Badan Pengurus Harian (BPH) Videography Team (VITE) periode 2025/2026 sebagai wadah awal untuk memperkenalkan Club VITE kepada mahasiswa, sekaligus mempererat hubungan antar anggota dan pengurus. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta bijak untuk saling mengenal lebih dekat serta memahami peran, struktur kepengurusan, dan arah program kerja VITE ke depan.
The Meet and Greet event were organized by the Executive Board of the Videography Team (VITE) for the 2025/2026 period as an initial platform to introduce the VITE Club to students, while also strengthening relationships between members and the board. Through this event, participants were encouraged to get to know one another closely and to understand the roles, organizational structure, and future work programs of VITE.
Rangkaian acara diawali dengan sesi pembukaan dan perkenalan yang dipandu oleh MC, dilanjut dengan pemaparan materi mengenai dasar-dasar videografi dan gambaran aktivitas yang akan dijalani oleh anggota VITE selama satu periode kepengurusan. Materi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal pengetahuan awal terkait videografi dan produksi konten audio visual kepada anggota baru.
The series of activities began with an opening and introduction session led by the Master of Ceremony, followed by a presentation on the fundamentals of videography and an overview of the activities that VITE members will undertake during one organizational period. This session aimed to provide new members with foundational knowledge related to videography and audio-visual content production.
Selain sesi materi, kegiatan ini juga dikemas secara interaktif melalui berbagai permainan kelompok yang dirancang untuk membangun kekompakan, kerja sama tim, serta suasana yang akrab dan menyenangkan antar peserta. Antusiasme peserta terlihat sepanjang kegiatan hingga sesi dokumentasi dan penutup acara.
In addition to the material session, the event was also designed to be interactive through various group games intended to build teamwork, cooperation, and a friendly and engaging atmosphere among participants. The enthusiasm of the participants was evident throughout the event until the documentation and closing sessions.
Pembina Club Videography Team (VITE), Mrs. Anastasia Kristi Damayanti, S.Sn., M.Si., menyampaikan bahwa keikutsertaan mahasiswa dalam Club VITE membuka banyak peluang untuk mengembangkan kemampuan sekaligus menambah pengalaman melalui berbagai kegiatan dan kompetisi. Beliau menyampaikan bahwa anggota VITE berkesempatan untuk mengikuti berbagai lomba di bidang videografi dan produksi konten sebagai sarana pembelajaran dan pengembangan portofolio.
The Advisor of the Videography Team (VITE) Mrs. Anastasia Kristi Damayanti, S.Sn., M.Si., stated that joining the VITE Club opens many opportunities for students to develop their skills while gaining experience through various activities and competitions. She also explained that VITE members have the opportunity to participate in various videography and content production competitions as a means of learning and portfolio development.
“Melalui Melalui VITE, mahasiswa tidak hanya belajar secara teknis, tetapi juga dapat mengasah kreativitas dan keberanian untuk berkompetisi,” ujarnya.
Dengan terselenggaranya kegiatan Meet and Greet ini, Club Videography Team (VITE) berharap dapat terus menjadi wadah pengembangan minat dan bakat mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Bunda Mulia dalam bidang videografi, sekaligus membuka peluang kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak dan club lainnya di lingkungan kampus.
“Through VITE, students not only learn technical skills, but also sharpen their creativity and confidence to compete,” she said.
With the successful implementation of the Meet and Greet event, the Videography Team (VITE) hopes to continue serving as a platform for developing the interest and talent of Communication Studies students at Universitas Bunda Mulia in the field of videography, while also opening opportunities for collaboration with various parties and other student clubs within the campus environment.
