Jakarta, September 16, 2026 — Bunda Mulia University, through BM Class, is organizing the Enhancement Executive Program Workshop under the theme “Bridging the Generational Gap: Solving Workplace Conflicts Between Gen Z and Millennials.” The workshop explores cross-generational workplace dynamics, particularly differences in characteristics, values, expectations, and communication styles between Gen Z and Millennials that may influence workplace relationships and collaboration.
The workshop features Marchelina Febe, S.Psi., M.Si., an HR Practitioner and Lecturer of Psychology at UBM, as the speaker. Participants will be invited to understand generational differences, identify situations in which these differences may develop into conflicts, and explore a Gen Z vs. Millennials case study. The session will also focus on fostering more effective collaboration across generations in the workplace.
The workshop will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM (WIB) and will be conducted online via Zoom. The program is open to UBM students, alumni, and the general public. Through case studies and interactive discussions, participants are expected to gain broader perspectives on cross-generational workplace conflicts while developing more effective communication and collaboration strategies for the professional environment.
Jakarta, 16 September, 2026 — Universitas Bunda Mulia melalui BM Class menyelenggarakan Workshop Enhancement Executive Program dengan tema “Bridging the Generational Gap: Solving Workplace Conflicts Between Gen Z and Millennials”. Kegiatan ini membahas dinamika kerja lintas generasi, khususnya perbedaan karakteristik, nilai, ekspektasi, dan gaya komunikasi antara Gen Z dan Millennials yang dapat memengaruhi hubungan serta kolaborasi di lingkungan kerja.
Workshop menghadirkan Marcellina Febe, S.Psi., M.Si., seorang HR Practitioner sekaligus Lecturer of Psychology at UBM, sebagai pembicara. Peserta akan diajak memahami perbedaan antargenerasi, mengenali kondisi ketika perbedaan mulai berkembang menjadi konflik, serta membahas case study Gen Z vs. Millennials. Materi juga diarahkan pada upaya membangun kolaborasi yang lebih efektif antar generasi.
Kegiatan akan dilaksanakan pada Sabtu, 17 Oktober 2026, pukul 08.30–12.00 WIB, secara online melalui Zoom dan terbuka untuk mahasiswa UBM, alumni, maupun masyarakat umum. Melalui metode case study dan interactive discussion, peserta diharapkan dapat memperoleh perspektif yang lebih luas dalam memahami konflik lintas generasi serta mengembangkan strategi komunikasi dan kolaborasi yang lebih baik di lingkungan kerja.
