Jakarta, June 5, 2026 – In today’s rapidly growing creative industry, the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively has become an essential skill for building a strong personal brand. BM Class, in collaboration with the Alumni Career Center, successfully held an Enhancement Executive Program titled “Speak With Impact: Training for Clear and Persuasive Communication.” The online event took place on Friday, June 5, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (WIB) via Google Meet and was attended by enthusiastic participants eager to improve their communication skills.
The program featured Mrs. Christina Tandaju, S.I.Kom., M.Si., a communication expert and university lecturer specializing in Marketing Communications and Public Relations. She has an impressive professional background, including her experience as a member of Koko Cici Jakarta (2009–2017), a board member of the Indonesian Koko Cici Association (2016–2025), a freelance host, MC, and corporate event presenter, as well as a live host on TikTok and Shopee, and a YouTube channel host for Kompas TV. Her extensive industry experience made the training session engaging, practical, and highly relevant for all participants.
During the session, Mrs. Christina explained how persuasive communication can help individuals develop their competencies while building a strong professional character in the creative industry. She highlighted two key elements of persuasive communication: ethos and character or charisma. Ethos refers to a person’s competence, including skills, knowledge, attitude, hard skills, managerial abilities, and soft skills. Meanwhile, character and charisma focus on personal values and a strong personality that enable individuals to adapt effectively to different situations and environments.
Mrs. Christina also emphasized that effective persuasive communication should include five important stages: attention, need, satisfaction, visualization, and action. Participants learned how to deliver messages that match the needs of their audience and how to analyze their target audience to ensure their message is communicated clearly and effectively.
Through this Enhancement Executive Program, Bunda Mulia University, through BM Class and the Alumni Career Center, once again demonstrated its commitment to providing valuable learning opportunities for participants. With expert speakers and relevant topics, the program is expected to help participants increase their confidence, improve their communication skills, and use persuasive communication as a foundation for building a strong professional personal brand in the future.

BM Class bekerja sama dengan Alumni Career Center sukses menyelenggarakan Enhancement Executive Program bertajuk “Speak With Impact: Training for Clear and Persuasive Communication”. Acara yang berlangsung pada Jumat, 05 Juni 2026 pukul 14.00 – 16.00 WIB ini digelar secara daring melalui platform Google Meet dan dihadiri oleh para peserta baik dari internal maupun eksternal Universitas Bunda Mulia yang sangat antusias dalam meningkatkan kualitas skill komunikasi mereka.

Acara ini menghadirkan narasumber Ibu Christina Tandaju, S.I.Kom., M.Si., seorang pakar sekaligus Dosen Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas di bidang Marketing Communications & Public Relations. Rekam jejak beliau di industri komunikasi sangat impresif, mulai dari pengalaman sebagai Koko Cici Jakarta (2009-2017), Pengurus Ikatan Koko Cici Indonesia (2016-2025), Freelancer Host, MC, dan Presenter acara korporat, hingga Live Host di TikTok, Shopee, serta Host YouTube Channel Kompas TV. Pengalaman praktis yang luas ini membuat sesi pelatihan berjalan sangat dinamis dan aplikatif bagi seluruh peserta.
Dalam sesi tersebut, Ibu Christina mengupas tuntas bagaimana penerapan komunikasi persuasif dapat membangun kompetensi diri, sekaligus membentuk karakter yang bernilai tinggi secara profesional di dunia industri kreatif. Beliau memaparkan dua poin utama dalam teknik komunikasi persuasif, yaitu etos dan karakter atau karisma. Etos dijelaskan sebagai kompetensi yang terdiri dari aspek skill, knowledge, attitude, hard skill, kemampuan manajerial, hingga soft skill. Sementara itu, aspek karakter dan karisma berfokus pada kepemilikan nilai-nilai diri dan kepribadian yang kuat untuk memainkan peran secara adaptif sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan sekitar.

Lebih lanjut, Ibu Christina juga menekankan bahwa aspek komunikasi persuasif yang efektif wajib mencakup lima tahapan penting kepada audiens, yaitu attention (perhatian), need (kebutuhan), satisfaction (kepuasan), visualization (visualisasi), hingga action (tindakan). Pada tahap ini, para peserta diajak untuk memahami cara memberikan penjelasan yang tepat kepada target audiens serta menganalisis dengan siapa mereka sedang berbicara agar pesan dapat tersampaikan secara akurat.
Melalui program Enhancement Executive Program ini BM Class dan Alumni Career Center membuktikan komitmen nyata dalam membekali para peserta untuk mendapatkan ilmu yang bermanfaat. Kehadiran narasumber ahli dan topik yang kontekstual ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri audiens, serta menjadikan teknik komunikasi persuasif sebagai bahan evaluasi dan fondasi utama dalam membangun personal branding profesional mereka di masa depan.
