
Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dengan judul “Marketing & Sales Skill Training di PT Mecosin Indonesia” telah dilaksanakan pada Jumat, 05 Desember 2025, bertempat di Meeting Room PT Mecosin Indonesia, Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Universitas Bunda Mulia sebagai bentuk kontribusi nyata perguruan tinggi dalam mendukung peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di sektor industri.
Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan PT Mecosin Indonesia untuk melakukan penyegaran kinerja tim marketing dan sales di tengah dinamika persaingan bisnis dan perubahan pola komunikasi dengan pelanggan. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta dibekali pemahaman mengenai standar dasar pemasaran dan penjualan, penguatan soft skill komunikasi, serta pembaruan pengetahuan yang relevan dengan kondisi pasar terkini.
Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pemaparan materi, diskusi interaktif, serta simulasi permasalahan yang sering dihadapi tim marketing di lapangan. Peserta terlibat aktif dalam sesi diskusi dan simulasi, sehingga proses transfer pengetahuan berjalan secara dua arah dan aplikatif.

Secara umum, kegiatan PKM ini berjalan dengan lancar dan sukses sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi serta memberikan respons positif terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat berkelanjutan bagi peningkatan kinerja tim marketing PT Mecosin Indonesia, sekaligus memperkuat sinergi antara Universitas Bunda Mulia dan mitra industri dalam pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.

The Community Service (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) activity entitled “Marketing & Sales Skill Training at PT Mecosin Indonesia” was successfully conducted on Friday, December 5, 2025, at the Meeting Room of PT Mecosin Indonesia, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. This activity was organized by the Master of Management Program, Universitas Bunda Mulia, as part of the university’s commitment to implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education through meaningful engagement with industry partners.
The activity was initiated in response to the need for refreshing the marketing and sales performance of PT Mecosin Indonesia amid increasingly dynamic business competition and changing customer communication patterns. The training aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of fundamental marketing and sales standards, enhance communication and interpersonal skills, and update relevant knowledge aligned with current market conditions.
The program was delivered through a combination of material presentations, interactive discussions, and practical simulations of common field challenges faced by marketing teams. Participants were actively involved throughout the sessions, allowing for effective two-way knowledge transfer and practical learning experiences that closely reflected real business situations.

Overall, the Community Service activity was implemented smoothly and achieved its intended objectives. Participants demonstrated strong engagement and provided positive feedback regarding the relevance and applicability of the training materials. The activity is expected to contribute to improved marketing performance and professional competence within PT Mecosin Indonesia, while also strengthening collaborative relations between Universitas Bunda Mulia and industry partners in advancing sustainable community and professional development initiatives.
