
Jakarta, October 1, 2025 – The Visual Communication Design (DKV) Program at Universitas Bunda Mulia successfully held a guest lecture titled “Retail Advertising in Action: Where Creativity Meets Commerce,” featuring Farsya Ramanu Arif, Creative Lead at Naisu (The Nice Club). The event took place at The UBM Premiere Room, Ancol Campus, and was attended by more than 100 students from various study programs, particularly those enrolled in the Retail Advertising (DKM05) course.
During the session, Farsya Ramanu shared valuable insights into the creative industry, focusing on creative strategies in retail advertising and the development of relevant digital content in the era of social media. He emphasized the importance of collaboration between designers, brands, and agencies in producing campaigns that are not only visually engaging but also effective in delivering messages.
The event also featured representatives from Pinasthika Creativestival, who introduced national creative competitions and highlighted opportunities for students to participate in professional advertising challenges.
Student engagement remained high throughout the session. Jakarta, 1 Oktober 2025 – Program Studi Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV) Universitas Bunda Mulia sukses menyelenggarakan kuliah umum bertajuk “Retail Advertising in Action: Where Creativity Meets Commerce” dengan menghadirkan Farsya Ramanu Arif, Creative Lead dari Naisu (The Nice Club). Acara ini dilaksanakan di The UBM Premiere Room, Kampus Ancol, dan diikuti oleh lebih dari 100 mahasiswa lintas program studi, terutama dari mata kuliah Retail Advertising (DKM05).
Dalam sesi kuliah umum, Farsya Ramanu membagikan pengalaman dan wawasan seputar industri kreatif, khususnya mengenai strategi kreatif dalam periklanan ritel serta pengembangan konten digital yang relevan di era media sosial. Ia menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara desainer, brand, dan agensi untuk menghasilkan kampanye yang tidak hanya menarik secara visual, tetapi juga efektif secara komunikasi.
Kegiatan ini turut menghadirkan perwakilan dari Pinasthika Creativestival yang memberikan pengantar mengenai kompetisi kreatif nasional serta peluang bagi mahasiswa untuk berpartisipasi dalam ajang perlombaan industri periklanan.
Antusiasme mahasiswa terlihat sepanjang kegiatan. Sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab berlangsung interaktif, dengan beragam pertanyaan seputar brand campaign, storytelling dalam promosi, hingga peluang karier di industri kreatif. Salah satu momen yang paling disukai peserta adalah saat narasumber menampilkan contoh nyata kampanye iklan yang pernah dikerjakan, memberikan gambaran konkret tentang praktik profesional di lapangan.
Melalui kuliah umum ini, mahasiswa tidak hanya mendapatkan pengetahuan praktis tentang strategi retail advertising, tetapi juga dorongan untuk berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan industri komunikasi visual.
