UBM Management Study Program Students Enter Semifinal Stage in National Level Stocklab Competition “Invest Wisely As A Young Generation And Build A Strong Financial Foundation” At PERBANAS Institute 2024

On Saturday, November 23, 2024, the Management Study Program of Universitas Bunda Mulia, Ancol Campus, participated in the Stocklab Competition themed “Invest Wisely as a Young Generation and Build a Strong Financial Foundation” organized by the Capital Market Study Group of Perbanas Institute. In this competition, 10 students from the Management Study Program participated, namely Alfaro Diaz Kurniawan, Audrey Renata, Elza Jiuni Shen, Clarissa Kurniawan, Jason Chen, Josua Jayakusuma, Kevin Febrian Kusnadi, Paulus Antonius, Roy Candra, and Wily Dozen.

The event began with registration, followed by guidance and opening remarks by the MC, who explained the competition rules. Participants had to go through several stages in this competition. They were guided by bankers, who were the competition committee, and competed against other participants at one table for two sessions. Each winner from the competition tables advanced to the semifinal stage, which was followed by the final stage.

The Management Study Program of Universitas Bunda Mulia, Ancol Campus, competed alongside players from various universities, with each table guided by one banker and each Stocklab session lasting approximately 30 minutes.

In sessions 1 and 2, every participant from the Management Study Program of Universitas Bunda Mulia, Ancol Campus, managed to rank first to third. Subsequently, three participants advanced to the semifinal stage: Alfaro Diaz Kurniawan, Elza Jiuni Shen, and Wily Dozen. However, these three semifinalists did not proceed to the final stage due to a very narrow point difference of just one point.

Such was the contribution made by the students of the Management Study Program of Universitas Bunda Mulia, Ancol Campus. It is hoped that in the future, UBM students will achieve even greater success. Proud to be Biemers, UBM Kampus Prestasi.
