On Wednesday, December 15, 2021, the Hotel Operation Study Program and the Hospitality & Tourism Study Program held The UBM Studium Generale series 001 with the title “French Cuisine with the Expert” on a hybrid basis. This event was attended by more than 500 participants, both those who attended in person at The UBM Master Kitchen and participants who took part online through a zoom meeting. The speaker in this event is Chef Gilles Marx. The event started with a talk show session with the speaker, then continued with a live cooking session so that participants could see the process of making and presenting menus with international standard. This event was conducted to provide additional insight and experience sharing from Expert Practitioners to the students of the Hotel Operation Study Program and the Hospitality & Tourism Study Program.
