On Thursday, November 29, 2023, and Friday, November 30, 2023, the Excellent Community of Management (XCM) held an onsite Internal Training event at The UBM Retail Laboratory (TURLA), located at Universitas Bunda Mulia Ancol. The event ran from 10:00 AM to 5:10 PM WIB. The program began with an opening speech by Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, the advisor of XCM Ancol Campus, who explained the objectives and implementation of the Soft Skills Training. This was followed by a presentation session by Mrs. Tannia, SE., MM, introducing The UBM Retail Laboratory (TURLA) to new members and providing training on administrative and reporting processes, as well as the allocation of TURLA member divisions. Additionally, Mrs. Tannia elaborated on the TURLA system, emphasizing its role in recording, operations, and reporting.
After the presentation session, the next agenda was task distribution and the implementation of duties by each TURLA member, conducted in parallel with supervision. The event continued with the presentation of a token of appreciation to Mrs. Tannia, SE., MM, handed over by Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan. Following the certificate presentation, the event concluded with a group photo session as part of the documentation.
